Each project team is uniquely assembled to address the specific acquisition candidate's most critical strategic and competitive issues. For certain engagements involving technical operational issues or unique industry dynamics, a specialized consultant and/or retired industry executive may be included to offer key insights. Professionals based outside the U.S. are often added to the team when international competition or other issues outside the U.S. are of critical importance.
